The parties we throw happen only because of the support of our donors and volunteers. We receive the majority of our funding from individual donors like you. Every gift makes a difference!

  • Make a Tribute Gift
    Donations make great gifts for any occasions – birthdays, weddings, bar/bat-mitzvahs, in memory of, in honor of or any special occasion. When you make a donation as a tribute gift, the recipient will receive a special card from us. They will know they have helped to make a homeless child’s birthday wish come true.

  • Sponsor a Party or Shelter
    For a $450 donation, bring a birthday party to a homeless child and all the residents of their shelter. One afternoon of joy that will bring years of memories. For a $5,000 donation, sponsor parties at one shelter for a full year. Bring the joy of a birthday party to every child living in your sponsored shelter.   • Make an in-kind donation:
    We go through a lot of cakes, juice boxes, goody-bags, helium & balloons, decorations, gifts and piñatas, etc. See our wish list and donation guidelines for our current needs

  • Volunteer your time

  • Celebrate your birthday by donating to Birthday Wishes!
    An impressively growing number of young people are choosing to support Birthday Wishes as the "theme" of their birthday parties. We provide a template invitation that invites all attendees to bring an item for Birthday Wishes to the party (this is done either in lieu of or in addition to gifts for the birthday child – its up to you!). When you bring in your items from the party we'll take a picture of the birthday child w/ their donations for our newsletter. This is an activity that our future philanthropists can really relate to!
