A "Birthday Pal" is when someone makes a donation in someone else's name. The person
whose name the donation is in is the "Birthday Pal. Below are the names of people
who have been honored with a donation to Birthday Wishes in the last 90 days. After
you make a donation, use this
form to include your name or the name of the person you are honoring
with your donation.
